Eisenmeer privacy policy

This policy explains how Eisenmeer handles information when you visit our website or use our products. Each product may have additional practices for optional features, described in its own privacy policy.

Who we are and scope

Eisenmeer publishes mobile applications and interactive entertainment. This general policy covers the Eisenmeer website and practices common to our products. Product specific notices explain additional information collected when you use optional features. Eisenmeer is the publisher and operator identified for this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

What personal information means

Personal information is information that identifies or could reasonably be associated with a person. It may include account identifiers, contact details, device or advertising identifiers, online activity, or content associated with a person. Information that has been aggregated and cannot reasonably be linked back to a person is not treated as personal information in this notice.

Website information and technologies

When your browser requests a page, the website host and security services may receive technical connection data such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, response status, browser, operating system, language, and referring page. They use this information to deliver pages, support language and routing, diagnose errors, maintain security, and prevent abuse. This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so a request for those fonts sends connection and browser information to Google. The website code currently does not configure analytics cookies, advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, newsletters, or social network plugins, and does not ask visitors to create an account. Hosting infrastructure may still use essential technical logs. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser; disabling browser features may affect how websites work.

Information from products and support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can respond and handle your request. Our products may create or process information you enter or generate, such as settings, progress, photos, plans, wardrobe items, or purchase status. Core data is generally stored on your device. If you choose optional online features, sign-in, cloud backup, ads, or measurement, the product may send the information described in its own notice to the relevant provider. App stores process payments; Eisenmeer generally receives purchase or entitlement confirmation rather than full payment card details.

How and why we use information

We use information to deliver and secure the website and products, provide features you request, save or restore work when you choose backup, answer support and privacy requests, validate purchases, measure campaigns when you have enabled measurement, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity, the legal basis may be providing a requested service or taking steps before a service, your consent for optional processing, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services where those interests are not overridden by your rights, or compliance with a legal obligation. You can decline optional information requests, but a feature that needs the information may not work.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We provide information to service providers when needed to run a feature or service: website hosting and security providers; Google Fonts for website typefaces; Apple or Google for platform sign-in, app-store billing, saved games, or device services; Google Firebase/Cloud for optional account and backup features; Google AdMob for ads; and Meta for app measurement when enabled. Online feature providers may receive the prompt or content needed to return a result. Providers may also process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver their services. They process data under their own responsibilities and terms. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, Eisenmeer, or our services.

International processing

Some providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where data protection law requires a transfer mechanism or safeguards, the transfer must rely on an applicable mechanism under that law. You may contact [email protected] to ask about the safeguards relevant to information Eisenmeer controls.

Storage and retention

Website technical logs are kept by the relevant hosting or security provider for the time needed for delivery, troubleshooting, and security, subject to that provider’s retention practices. Support correspondence is kept while needed to respond and maintain appropriate business, security, or legal records. Local app data remains until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app; device backup settings may create another copy. Cloud projects and account data remain until you delete the project or account, unless the relevant product notice states otherwise. Ending a subscription alone does not necessarily delete stored data. Purchase, accounting, security, and service logs may be retained as needed for legal duties, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and security. Third-party providers determine retention for data they receive under their policies.

Your choices and privacy rights

Use product settings to manage optional features, advertising or measurement consent, sign-in, and cloud backup where available. You can delete local content in the app, clear app storage, or uninstall it. Use the product’s account deletion controls to request removal of cloud account data. You may contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of information Eisenmeer controls, or to withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis. Rights depend on your location and applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children and security

Our products have different audiences and features; consult the applicable product notice for age-related details. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information through this website. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
