Local planning
Room photos, designs, event details, budgets and checklists are stored on your device for planning and saving your work. Core planning does not require an account. Export backups before clearing data or uninstalling. Photos are not sent to a remote AI service to reconstruct your room.
Account and cloud backup
If you choose Premium and sign in, we process your Apple or Google identity, email/name when supplied, account identifier, purchase evidence and cloud projects to authenticate you and provide backup. The current cloud service backs up project data and the venue reference photo; per-wall photos are preserved in exported local project files. Firebase/Google Cloud hosts this service. Network requests also expose technical data such as IP addresses to service providers.
Advertising and purchases
Google AdMob and its partners may process device/advertising identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location derived from network data and diagnostics to deliver ads, prevent fraud and measure performance. Consent options are shown where required; available choices can be reopened in Settings. iOS tracking requires system permission. Apple or Google processes billing; Eisenmeer receives transaction status and purchase evidence, not full card details.
Optional Meta app measurement
If you opt in during the Eventnivo introduction or later in Profile ? Data sharing preferences, Eventnivo sends selected generic events such as app activation, screen views, celebration creation, design actions, adding a room photo, restoring a backup, and exporting a plan through Meta App Events. Basic app and device information may accompany events to measure campaigns and improve Eventnivo. We do not send project names or contents, photo files, guest details, venue addresses, free-form text, or account IDs. Automatic event logging and advertiser-ID collection are disabled. You can turn sharing off in your profile at any time; events already sent to Meta cannot be recalled. If you do not opt in, Eventnivo does not activate Meta App Events or send these usage events.
Security and retention
Firebase App Check verifies app authenticity, and the backend verifies store purchases. Local data remains until you remove it or clear storage. Cloud data remains until project/account deletion; subscription expiry alone does not delete it. We do not promise an automatic expiry purge. Service logs and legally required transaction records may be retained for security and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Use Settings to sign out, restore purchases or delete your account. Account deletion verifies identity and removes your cloud account and projects; no subscription is required. Local projects remain until removed separately. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected] with “Eventnivo privacy”. Do not send passwords or payment details. Depending on your location you may also object to processing, withdraw consent or contact your data-protection authority.

Eisenmeer publishes Eventnivo (com.eisenmeer.events). Contact: [email protected]. This policy covers the mobile app, not public posting or social collaboration. The app is a planning tool and is not directed specifically at children. We use data to provide requested features, protect the service and meet legal duties; advertising consent is requested where required. Third-party services apply their own policies.
